1. Using Our Services
By placing an order or submitting an item to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
- All information you provide is accurate.
- You have the right to submit any materials (e.g., artwork, files, items) for processing.
We may refuse service if a request is unlawful, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- Payment must be made in full before collection or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices may change at any time.
3. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to workload, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to keep you informed.
4. Customer Materials
If you provide files, artwork, or physical items:
- You are responsible for ensuring they are correct and complete.
- We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- You should keep backups of any digital files.
5. Quality & Colour Disclaimer
Colours may vary slightly between screens, printed materials, and finished products. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
6. Collection of Items
When your order or item is ready, we will notify you using the contact details you provided. You are responsible for collecting your item promptly.
7. Uncollected Goods & Storage Fees
7.1 Collection Window
Items must be collected within 30 days of the earlier of:
- The date the item is completed,
- The date we request information, approval, or action from you and receive no response,
- The date we notify you that the item is unrepairable or cannot proceed without further instruction.
After this period, a storage fee of £2 per day may be applied.
7.2 Attempts to Contact You
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before storage fees begin.
7.3 6-Month Disposal or Sale
If an item remains uncollected for 6 months, we may:
- Sell the item
- Dispose of it
- Use the proceeds to cover outstanding storage fees, service/repair costs, and administrative costs
Any remaining balance (if applicable) may be returned to you upon request.
8. Refunds & Returns
Because many of our products/services are custom-made, refunds are not always possible. If there is a genuine fault with the work, we will work with you to resolve it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of items after collection
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including:
- Attempting to access restricted areas
- Uploading harmful or illegal content
- Interfering with the site’s operation
We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.
